Drop It Off — We Wash, Dry & Fold It Neatly

Wash & Fold (also known as Fluff & Fold) is perfect when you don’t have time — or you’d rather spend your day doing literally anything else. Leave your laundry with our professional team and we’ll wash, dry, and fold everything so it’s ready to put away. Have special instructions? Just tell us — we want your laundry done the way you like it.

We wash with our in-house detergent, and you can upgrade to options like Tide or Gain if you prefer. Need stain attention? Let us know at drop-off and we’ll do our best. We can also separate lights and darks upon request (additional charges may apply if an extra machine is required).

24-Hour Turnaround Laundry, Picked Up From Your Door

Crown Laundry pickup & delivery is available Monday through Friday and is the ultimate time saver. Schedule online, leave your bag where instructed, and our driver will pick it up. Your order is returned clean, folded, and ready to wear within 24 hours (Friday pickups are returned on Monday).

We use premium in-house detergent, and you can request upgrades. If you have a stain you want us to focus on, note it during ordering and we’ll do our best to remove it.

Save time by handling dry cleaning and laundry together. Crown Laundry partners with a trusted local dry cleaner that meets our standards. Drop off your dry cleaning with your regular laundry, or include it with a pickup & delivery order.

Care & Responsibility Policy

We exercise utmost care in processing items entrusted to us and use methods that, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each item. However, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects not readily apparent prior to processing. This includes, but is not limited to, suedes, leathers, silks, satins, double-faced fabrics, vinyls, polyurethanes, and items with trims or attachments such as buckles, beads, buttons, bells, and sequins.

We cannot guarantee against color loss or shrinkage, or against damage to weak and delicate fabrics. Differences in item count must be reported, with receipt presented, within 48 hours. Unless a list accompanies the bundle, our count must be accepted.

Unclaimed garments will be handled in accordance with state regulations. Company liability for any lost or damaged article shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing it.
